Overview
Our refund policy lasts 24 hours from the time of item collection or delivery. If 24 hours have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds are only granted in cases where the error was made by us, such as:
- An incomplete order
- An item different from what was ordered
- A wrong or incorrect product sent
Customers must inspect their items immediately upon collection or delivery and notify us of any issues within 24 hours.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund:
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours
- The item must be unused
- The item must be in the same condition as received
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
- Health and personal care items
- Sale or discounted items
Situations Where Refunds Will Not Be Granted
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Items returned after 24 hours
- Items damaged due to customer handling
- Change of mind after purchase
- Items not in their original condition
- Items missing parts not due to our error
- Opened CDs, DVDs, software, games, or similar sealed items
Refund Process
Once your complaint is received and verified:
- We will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your card provider (processing may take time)
- Contact your bank

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, incomplete, or incorrectly supplied by us.
To request an exchange, contact us at exclusivecaketools1@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Shipping Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns
- We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping
